Sergio Castaneda

Chief Executive Officer

Sergio serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is one of the founding members. Sergio comes with over 25 years of financial leadership experience in the private and public sector. His diverse financial industry experience includes non-profit organizations, advertising, entertainment, manufacturing, retail/wholesale, and real estate. He has held positions as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Corporate Controller and Audit Manager at several domestic and multi-national companies. His focus has been on efficiency improvements through the use of technology, development of policies and procedures, and supervision of the day to day financial activities.

Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and graduate studies in taxation from Long Island University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both New York and New Jersey.

 

Christian I. Henao

Chief Operating Officer

Christian was part of the search and rescue team at the World Trade Center, after the terrible events of September 11, 2001. The opioid epidemic has troubled many of the that day’s heroes, as well as veterans, and even some of Christian’s family and friends. His passion to help them inspired his work in and for TheOFAF.

Christian has over 20 years of experience in promotions, as well as radio and media production. He was born and raised in New Jersey, where he graduated from Ramapo College with a Graphic Design major and a minor in Business.

Chae Son

Chief Legal Officer

Chae is an attorney who practices in New Jersey and New York. He has 25 years of broad experience in business and transactional law, including work for religious organizations and non-profits. He earned his juris doctorate from New York Law School.

Mark W. Lambertson

Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

Mark's expertise made him a perfect fit within this multi-talented team, but his heart for people made him part of the family. Mark lives with his wife in Minnesota.

Jeffrey J. Altonjy

Chief Development Officer

Jeffrey has over 25 years of project management and business development experience, and he currently holds the position of Field Engineer for a leading telecommunications company in New York City.

 Jeffrey has over 24 years of experience as a Firefighter/EMT in New Jersey. He is a volunteer in his community as a Firefighter/EMT and currently serves as an Assistant Chief of the Fire Department. Jeffrey is trained in the administration of Naloxone and has many successful overdose life saves. Jeffrey lives in northern New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.

Ahmad Awawdeh

Director of Government Relations

Ahmad is a dedicated public servant with a talent for networking and engaging with people. He is a student at Rutgers University triple majoring in Political Science, Public & Non-Profit Administration, and Criminal Justice. He is enrolled in the Rutgers Masters in Public Administration (MPA) / Law (JD) Program, and serves as the Senator for the Rutgers School of Public Affairs & Administration.

Ahmad works at the Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders as the Legislative Aide to Freeholder Director Cassandra "Sandi" Lazzara, and he volunteers as a Firefighter with the Little Falls Fire Department.
